O the things kids say!

Last night around two in the morning Bryson woke me up to tell me that he was not having good dreams. I asked what he was dreaming about and he said, "not fun things like bagoon (lagoon)." He continued on by adding, "I was dreaming about monsters." I told him that monsters weren't real, but that he could lay with me until we was no longer scared. I must have fallen back to sleep, and when I woke again he was asleep. As I carried him back to his room. He said that he always wants to sleep with me because it helps him dream about good things like bagoon (lagoon).  I love this little guy he is so sweet, and is such a good boy.

Our little vacation

This summer we decided to take a trip to Salt Lake. The plan was to visit Seven Peaks and Lagoon. Or as Bryson calls it "Bagoon." The boys have been waiting to take this trip all summer. Bryson asked almost every day when we were going. When the day finally arrived and he had to wait until Brandon got home from work to leave he got even more impatient.
When Brandon finished work we went to Richfield to visit Grandma and Grandpa White. The boys love to visit the White house because they get to see cows and I let them play outside all day. There is no need to worry about the heat when it's only 85 out side.
Next we went to Seven Peaks. Bryson calls this place, "the slides in the mountain." I didn't take any pictures here. (I worry to much that I'll ruin my camera.) It rained a little bit when we first got there. It was just enough send the season pass holders home. It worked out perfect. We were able to go down all the slides with very little wait.
Finally the day that bryson has been waiting for BAGOON!!!!
First he looked at the map.
He mapped out the plan for the day.

After feeling us in on the plan the boys began to ride.

and ride

and ride

and ride.
One of the boys favorite rides was PUFF. This little roller coaster has the longest line and it is the ride the boys wanted to go on every chance they could.

The other ride that was a hit was the up and down. This ride took the boys up high then dropped them. I thought this ride looked scary, but not my boys they are fearless.

My favorite ride has always been the rattle snake rapids. I love this ride because it's nice to get wet on hot day. Both the boys got so wet, and yes it is because I jumped out of the way.

Bryson got the worse of it when I jumped out of the way.
Jaxon loved it

We had so much fun. We were there until the rides closed, and the boys could take no more. I love to take these trips we my little family. They make the long work days worth it.

New to me!

I know that people have been blogging for a while, but this is my first try. So here it goes. I'll be doing this as a way to write down all the crazy things that my boys do, and yes that means brandon too. I'm excited to have a way to share all the stories that I have.
Enjoy!
